Today feels different.
Not heavy like finances.
Not physical like decluttering.
Not emotional like routines.
Today is about cleaning up the part of my life that steals the most time, the most energy, and honestly…the most peace:
My digital world.
It’s wild how much chaos sits inside a device I carry everywhere.
Photos I don’t need, messages I avoid, notifications that interrupt my thoughts, apps I don’t use, subscriptions draining my money…
It’s a whole universe of clutter I never really see,but constantly feel.
And the truth is, my brain doesn’t need more noise.
It needs room.
So Day 5 is about creating that room.
Not to be aesthetic.
Not to be productive.
But to breathe a little easier.
🩷 Taking Space From Screens
One thing I’ve realized is that I’m overstimulated all the time.
Constant scrolling, constant noise, constant updates…
It makes it hard to think clearly, let alone rest.
So today I’m stepping back.
Not disappearing, just unplugging enough to hear myself again.
A few hours without scrolling.
A little quiet for my mind.
A moment to let my thoughts settle instead of constantly being pulled somewhere else.
It feels uncomfortable at first…
but it also feels like peace.
💗 Creating a Digital Space That Supports Me
My phone should feel like a tool — not a distraction.
I want it to reflect the life I’m building, not the habits I’m breaking.
So today is about being intentional:
What’s draining me?
What’s distracting me?
What’s keeping me in a loop I’m trying to get out of?
And what can I let go of — for real this time?
✝️ Scripture of the Day
“Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things.” — Colossians 3:2
Not everything online deserves my attention.
Not everything digital deserves access to my mind.
And not everything connected to me gets to stay connected.
